Miscanthus ‘Lady in Red’
This beautiful new introduction was bred in Poland by Krzystof Slowinski and we have the pleasure of offering it for sale at this years RHS Chelsea Flower Show and via mail order in limited numbers.
This Miscanthus offers a beautiful mix of dark purple and green foliage from spring until autumn when the cooler temperatures change it to a bright red that contrasts superbly with the silver panicles.
Thrives in an open, sunny aspect in moist, well-drained soil. Like all Miscanthus, cut back in spring to just above the fresh growth.
